Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an EH&S leader to implement and maintain environmental, health and safety programs at a Canadian facility. You will lead training, incident investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts to meet corporate standards and local laws.

You will coordinate with departments to drive continuous improvement, track metrics, and maintain required records and certifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional certification(s) (CRST) in EH&S will be an asset.
• 5-8 years professional experience; 10 to 12 years experience without degree depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S management in implementing corporate policies and standards.
• Coordinate safety training, audits, inspections, and certification tracking.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and other regulations; prepare for audits.
• Analyze EH&S performance metrics and report to leadership.
