Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead security-focused programs that are complex, ambiguous, or high impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the security domain, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of executing at scale. The Senior TPM influences commitment, leads teams to achieve impactful outcomes, and balances strategic and incremental successes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead high-impact, complex, or ambiguous initiatives.
2. Build simple, scalable processes and solutions to program challenges.
3. Foster cross-functional relationships to deliver reliable apps and services.
4. Lead planning, roadmapping, and meetings across teams.
5. Facilitate technical discussions with deep understanding of relevant stacks.
6. Prioritize security and privacy in all work aspects.
7. Partner with other TPMs within the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep security domain expertise and ability to handle loosely defined problems.
• Strong focus on execution, ownership, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes.
• Respect for user privacy and information security.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a drive to learn and improve.

Compensation & Benefits

Role-based salary ranges: CA$116,000 - CA$156,000 or USD$138,000 - USD$186,000, plus benefits, equity, paid time off, and incentive programs.
