Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Sr. Technical Optical Support Engineer to join our 24/7 support system in Canada. You will troubleshoot complex issues, provide advanced product expertise, and act as the main liaison between customers and our R&D team to escalate and drive resolutions.

You will stay current on Nokia's products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document activities, and occasionally take on-call duties to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
