Who we're looking for:

The Senior Technology Strategy Analyst will be responsible for supporting Technology Strategy in all aspects of long-term strategic planning initiatives. This role involves developing and managing financial models, reviewing materials and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial modelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain complex business models to support long-term planning
  • Lead financial modeling and analysis for partner engagements/negotiations including market sizing, modeling deal term scenarios, and P&L forecasting
  • Analyze materials and prepare recommendations
  • Assist in driving cross functional strategic initiatives
  • Develop market research analysis and identify industry trends
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects
  • Identify and quantify value creation opportunities, building financial models and business plans to gain buy-in
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for leadership
What you bring:
  • 3-5 years in a strategic planning role
  • Advanced business acumen, including strategic thinking, financial literacy, and understanding of enterprise operations
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of mapping tools such as QGIS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a thoughtful, diligent and proactive approach to gathering information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Takes initiative and has a curiosity to learn more about the telecom industry
  • Strong communication skills and collaborator
  • MBA is a plus
