The successful candidate will manage multiple programs, apply Agile methods, and ensure timely communications, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across IT and security teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end management of large-scale programs.
• Experience with Agile framework and leading teams.
• Experience managing programs involving cyber security, IT and network teams.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers through ongoing leadership, performance management, coaching, career planning, succession planning and development opportunities.
• Lead and motivate a team of Project Managers by providing guidance, direction and coaching to achieve objectives and improve performance and skills.
• Set annual performance targets for individuals and the team, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure timely status reports; update risk, action, issues, decisions registers; conduct and document status meetings.
• Proactively review the performance of projects within the program and provide regular visibility through reports and reviews.

We are looking for a strong leader to join Cyber Security team as Sr Manager, PMO Cyber Security. Our mandate is to ensure we consistently work as One Rogers to deliver excellence with urgency through disciplined execution.

In addition to being able to manage simultaneous complex programs, successful candidates should be able to lead, mentor and manage a team of project management professionals in delivering various project programs.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and develop a team by providing ongoing leadership, performance management, coaching, career planning, succession planning, and development opportunities that support individual growth and business objectives.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of Project Managers by providing guidance, direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
• Ability to set annual performance targets for individuals and the team, setting development plans and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure status reports are completed timely; risk, action, issues, decisions registers are updated in a timely manner; status meetings are held and documented accordingly. What you bring:

• Previous experience in end to end management of large-scale complex program management in medium and/or large organizations or consulting firms.
• Experience with Agile framework and methodology Previous experience with people management experience with demonstrated success in coaching and developing high performing teams.
• Experience managing program/projects involving cyber security, IT and network teams.
• Experience in every phase of projects, including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite with advanced skills in MS Excel.
