Joining as Senior Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring for R&D roles (software development, product etc) and cultivate the talent communities that feed our evergreen requisitions. You'll partner with hiring managers to make confident, equitable decisions while delivering a candidate experience we can be proud of, always looking for ways to optimize the process through smart tech and automation. Beyond live reqs, you'll help develop and execute programs across employer branding, pipeline strategy, and hiring effectiveness, raising the bar for how Visier attracts and selects great people.
We're in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Our Yaletown space isn't just where we work, it's where we connect, learn, and grow together. The expected pay range in Vancouver for this position is $100k - $120k + bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
