Role Overview

Joining as Senior Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles and cultivate talent communities to support our ongoing requisitions. You'll partner with hiring managers to make confident, equitable decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also develop and implement programs across employer branding, pipeline strategy, and hiring effectiveness to enhance how Visier attracts and selects talent.

Work Environment & Benefits

Our office in Yaletown is open Tuesday through Thursday, with flexible work-from-home options on Mondays and Fridays. The space offers amenities like a top-notch gym, regular social events, and opportunities to connect with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, customer success, and other GTM teams.
  2. Source top-tier GTM talent using advanced techniques such as market mapping, competitive intelligence, AI-powered tools, and strategic outreach.
  3. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for evergreen and high-impact roles aligned with business needs.
  4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Visier's culture and values.
  5. Activate Visier's employer brand through outreach, social media, and engagement.
  6. Establish yourself as a GTM recruiting expert by participating in industry groups and expanding your network.
  7. Stay current with industry trends through webinars, forums, and upskilling.
  8. Track recruiting metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance hiring efficiency.
  9. Adapt to market changes by staying ahead of talent trends and candidate behaviors.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong background in GTM recruiting, with knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • High productivity in a dynamic environment, balancing speed and quality.
  • Proactive, mission-driven, and passionate about connecting talent with meaningful work.
  • Startup mentality—willing to take on varied roles and responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing technologies and ATS like Greenhouse.

Compensation

The expected pay range in Vancouver is $100k - $120k plus bonus, with actual compensation based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives such as commissions or bonuses may apply.
