Talent Acquisition Manager / Client Success Partner (Hybrid /Mississauga, ON)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week on-site with client)

Overview

Hudson RPO is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Manager / Client Success Partner to lead and deliver strategic talent solutions for one of our key pharmaceutical clients based in Mississauga. In this hybrid role, you’ll work on-site 2–3 days per week with the client, fostering strong partnerships, managing delivery teams, and ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.

As the face of Hudson RPO to the client, you'll act as both a strategic advisor and operational partner, aligning talent acquisition delivery with business goals while driving client satisfaction and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment operations across Ontario and Quebec, overseeing a high-performing team of onsite and remote recruiters.
  • Specializing in filling complex and hard-to-fill roles across various functions and industries. Demonstrated strong understanding of the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business model and client delivery expectations.
  • Served as the primary point of contact for daily client engagement and talent delivery operations.
  • Built trusted relationships with client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with evolving business priorities.
  • Developed and executed talent acquisition strategies and proactive pipeline planning.
  • Partnered with client HR and business leaders to forecast hiring volumes and identify skill and workforce gaps.
  • Managed performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Provided regular reporting and recruitment dashboards to internal and client leadership teams.
  • Acted as a strategic advisor, offering solutions for workforce planning, talent challenges, and process optimization.
  • Collaborated with Hudson RPO teams across North America and globally to ensure seamless, integrated service delivery.
  • Championed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle, reflecting Hudson RPO’s core values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, client delivery, or recruitment operations, ideally in a managed service or RPO model.
  • Experience managing client relationships and recruiting teams, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is a strong asset.
  • Proven success in a client-facing role, with a passion for building lasting partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
