Job description: Sr. Specialist, Marketing
The Senior Specialist, Marketing focuses on delivering targeted messaging to appropriate audiences through the optimal channel mix for the various pet health insurance brands underwritten by Petline. They will assist in the development and execution of Petline projects led or supported by the Marketing Team, rallying internal partners and marketing team members around a consistent brand identity and core values. This role is ideal for someone passionate about insurance and marketing, with strong attention to detail to interpret complex data and communicate plans effectively. Having pet health at heart is key!
What can you expect in this role?
- Collaborate with marketing leaders on planning and implementing direct-to-consumer marketing efforts across multiple brands and channels.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing tactics related to acquiring, supporting, and retaining pet health insurance customers.
- Oversee the process of delivering and measuring marketing tactics from briefing to reporting, ensuring high-performing assets are delivered on time.
- Lead collaboration with Marketing Performance, Operations, Technology, and Communications Teams to meet program launch deadlines and optimize marketing efforts.
- Research and stay informed on market trends and industry programs.
- Provide insights on messaging and channel performance for campaigns.
- Coordinate research and consumer insights with the business insights team and share competitive analysis related to the pet insurance industry.
- Communicate as a subject matter expert to the Marketing & Segmentation Team on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with Operations and Performance Marketing Teams on reporting multi-channel campaigns, website visits, quotes, and policy bindings to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize reporting tools and data analysis to set SMART goals, evaluate KPIs, and recommend strategies for performance improvement and ROI.
- Present results and post-mortems to the Marketing Team as needed.
- Act as a positive leader and motivator, encouraging high performance and mentoring junior team members on project management and stakeholder relationships.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $127,000
