Job summary

PeoplePilot is seeking an experienced Sr. SharePoint Developer to design, develop and support enterprise SharePoint solutions in a Microsoft 365 environment.

The role involves close collaboration with analysts, architects, and business users to translate requirements into scalable web parts, extensions, and integrations. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of IT development experience, deep SPFx and Power Platform proficiency, and a track record of delivering end-to-end SharePoint Online projects

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT development experience.
• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Power Apps and Power Automate.
• REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Content Types and Managed Metadata.
• PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
• VS Code, Git/GitHub or Azure Repos.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD awareness.
• Basic understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
