Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft PowerApps Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of innovative low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires deep expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies, along with strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Integrate PowerApps solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
• Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards within Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Power Platform development.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating with SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
