About the Role and Job:

Job Description:

We are seeking a SFDC Developer with 6-8 years of experience with FSC knowledge.

• Assess and analyze business strategy, requirements, environment, and technology choices to evaluate solutions that meet business needs, leveraging CRM product features and considering the impact across Lines of Business using CRM and FSC structure.
• Ensure considerations of resiliency, scalability, security, and support for long-term strategy in solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
• Assist scrum teams with requirements gathering, user stories, technical analysis, and estimates for Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Support DevOps processes and improve development efficiencies.
• Stay current with Salesforce development platform and implement best practices aligned with client standards.

Must-have:

• 6-8 years of experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including large projects/programs.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning platform, APEX, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite, including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using Mulesoft, REST API, and event-based patterns.
