Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Toronto & Calgary

As a developer for the SF Platform within Wealth Management Canada (WMC), you will play a key role in the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) as the new WMC CRM platform. You will contribute to solution design, focusing on CRM internal setup, integration points, and processes to enable CRM to enhance client engagement and data analytics. You will join a diverse, inclusive agile team delivering solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and Lightning platform, utilizing the latest technology, scaled agile practices, and DevOps/SRE methodologies.

What will you do?

• Assess and analyze business strategies, requirements, current environments, and technology options to evaluate solutions that meet business needs, leveraging CRM features and considering impact across Lines of Business (LoBs) and CRM/FC org structures.
• Ensure functional and non-functional considerations such as resiliency, scalability, and security are integrated into pragmatic solutions aligned with long-term strategies.
• Contribute to the design and development of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to deliver business value.
• Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements and user stories, and in technical analysis and estimations for developing/enhancing Salesforce platform functionalities.
• Support DevOps processes and improve development efficiencies.
• Stay updated on Salesforce development best practices and adhere to internal standards and guidelines.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 5+ years of experience in engineering teams, including 3+ years working on Salesforce platform projects involving configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning platform, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite, including Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using Mulesoft, REST APIs, and event-based patterns.
• Strong web development skills in Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP, and JavaScript.
