Job Description:

We are seeking a SFDC Jr. Developer with 3-5 years of experience with FSC knowledge.

• Assess and analyze business strategy, requirements, current environment, and technology choices to evaluate solutions that meet business needs, leveraging CRM features and considering impact across LoBs with CRM and FSC org structures.
• Ensure functional and non-functional considerations (resiliency, scalability, security) are incorporated pragmatically for the solution and support long-term strategy realization.
• Contribute to the design and development of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
• Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements/user stories to develop/enhance Salesforce platform functionalities, including technical analysis and estimates.
• Support DevOps development and process efficiencies.
• Stay current with Salesforce development platform and implement best practices following internal standards and guidelines.

Must-have:

• 3-5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform delivering large projects: configuration, customization, and development using Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning including APEX, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using MuleSoft, REST API, and event-based patterns.
• Strong web development background with Java, C#, HTML, XML, JSP.
