Job Description:

We are seeking a SFDC Developer with 6-8 years of experience and FSC knowledge.

• Assess and analyze business strategy, requirements, current environment, and technology to evaluate solutions that meet business needs, leveraging CRM features and considering impact across LoBs using CRM and FSC structures.
• Ensure considerations such as resiliency, scalability, and security are integrated into pragmatic solutions and support long-term strategy.
• Contribute to the design and development of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
• Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements and user stories to develop and enhance Salesforce functionalities, including technical analysis and estimates.
• Support DevOps development and improve process efficiencies.
• Stay current with Salesforce development platform and adhere to best practices, standards, and guidelines.

Must-have:

• 6-8 years of experience with Salesforce platform delivering large projects, including configuration, customization, and development.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning platform, APEX coding, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite, including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using Mulesoft, REST APIs, and event-based patterns.
• Professional Certifications.
