Role: Salesforce Development Specialist (Senior)

Job Description:
- A minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in government jurisdictions and/or large private sector organizations.
- Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, and tools across agile, waterfall, and iterative methods.
- Experience in project governance, definition, planning, management & control, financials, and close-out.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder (Active status).
- 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi, Kafka, RapidMQ, with an understanding of integration patterns.
- 5+ years of experience using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Flows.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
- Experience in building Salesforce native/hybrid mobile apps and integrating with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work in transformative programs.
- Willingness to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
- Strong process management and controls to minimize risk exposure.
- Ability to lead effective communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
- Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and working effectively with key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership, and vendors.
- Demonstrated superior project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
