Project Scope:
• Supporting a project aimed at implementing technology solutions and controls to expedite financial investigations through quick access to critical data.
• Prior regulatory, compliance, and enterprise banking project delivery experience is crucial.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams, including project leaders, technology specialists, staff, vendors, and consultants.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations regarding project cost, time, and scope.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting to executive teams.
• Establish project oversight and governance components, engaging appropriate levels to support project direction.
• Communicate project status, financials, and significant changes to key stakeholders, including sponsors and program managers.
• Collaborate to ensure resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Build consensus and maintain relationships with project teams and business units.
• Manage and track project financials, including forecasts and actuals.

Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager for the 'Greywolf' initiative, aimed at enhancing safety from emerging threats through controls, systems, and processes. The candidate may lead key projects within this program.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing projects within Greywolf with regulatory oversight and high-risk profile.
• Overseeing program financials, benefits, and a budget of $30-50MM.
• Leading delivery of Tier 2 or occasionally Tier 1 programs of high complexity.
• Providing leadership and coaching to teams, partnering with business and executive stakeholders.
• Ensuring end-to-end delivery, aligning technology and business objectives.
• Supporting business case and funding approval processes.
• Establishing and managing project processes, resources, risks, and schedules.
• Coordinating with enterprise control partners for external service providers.
Key capabilities required:
• 5-6 years of success in hybrid project environments.
