What you'll be doing

The Senior Project Manager will guide a team of project managers in delivering complex Personal Banking and Digital Platform projects from start to finish, including initiation, requirements gathering, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure. The role requires minimal supervision and extensive project management expertise to control projects, conduct reviews, provide guidance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. You will analyze data and prepare executive-level presentations to keep management informed.

We support a flexible hybrid work environment, with 1-3 days on-site per week and the rest remote.

How you'll succeed

• Project Management – Define project goals, scope, resources, and costs. Develop resource plans and continuously improve practices.
• Collaboration – Assist partners in decision-making, mentor teams, and negotiate deliverables.
• Project Coordination – Identify risks, monitor milestones, and balance project constraints.
• Communication and Persuasion – Share ideas effectively and build consensus.
• Relationship Management – Build relationships with stakeholders and mentor colleagues.

Who you are

• Experience: 5+ years managing end-to-end projects, including financials, with proficiency in tools like PlanView, PRF, Excel.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Business, Commerce, or related field; PMP is an asset.
• Personal qualities: Passionate about people, proactive, team-oriented, goal-driven, adaptable, and values-driven.
