• This PM will be supporting a project focused on implementing a technology solution and controls to speed up the financial investigation process through having quick access to critical data.
• Prior regulatory, compliance and enterprise banking project delivery experience will be crucial.
• Manage multiple project stakeholders from cross-functional teams, as well as interfacing with project leaders, technology specialists, professional staff, vendors and consultants.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations related to project cost, time, and scope of deliverables.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting to executive teams
• Establish effective project oversight and other governance components, and engages the correct levels to support the direction for the project.
• Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Program Manager and Program Director to ensure they are aware of significant changes to the project status in a timely manner.
• Communicate project summary, status, financials, etc. to appropriate parties involved in the governance of the project.
• Collaborate with the appropriate partners to ensure required resources are assigned to the project for successful delivery.

• Resilience and ability to (for short periods) extend beyond role definition to organize work and teams then reverting back to role parameters
• Demonstrated experience in polished written and verbal communications and presentations to multi-level executives

• We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a key initiative in the bank known as ‘Greywolf’, whose aim is to make Client’s customers, colleagues, and systems safer from emerging threats (e.g. ransomware) by investing in controls, systems, processes to proactively identify, detect, and protect the bank, and to respond and recover if protections fail.
• The successful candidate may lead one or more of the key Projects which deliver on these outcomes.
• In this role you would concurrently oversee the delivery of a set of interrelated workstreams requiring an integrated and cohesive approach (i.e. program), while supporting a team of delivery leads (PMs, RTEs, SMs). You will ensure that leadership and direction is provided to each distinct workstream, to support the overall outcomes of Greywolf.
• Managing projects within the Greywolf program with a moderate-to-high level of regulatory oversight and high-risk profile
• Overseeing overall and consolidated program financials, benefits realization analysis and manages the overall program budget within a $30-50MM budget range
• Typically leads the delivery of up to Tier 2 programs with a moderately high to high complexity profile but on occasion can lead the delivery of Tier 1 programs
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB)
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery across all Business and Technology aspects of the project, maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
• Accountable for key delivery decisions and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision
• Supports Executive Sponsor and Business Owner in structuring and securing approval for business case and funding
• Accountable for project estimates and supporting the team in removing any roadblocks during the estimation process, in alignment with the Estimation Framework
• Accountable for establishing and executing processes and practices that support the appropriate project-level delivery framework (e.g. Agile: cycle measurements, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint planning, Agile testing, MVP mapping to releases); (e.g. non-Agile: requirements package, change management plan, testing plan, control processes for scope/requirements change)
• Establishes and manages resource plan, issues, risks, and financial plans to support the roadmap
• Anticipates issues, trends and the potential impact and timely resolution of impediments, while effectively managing the program schedule (releases) and financials and ensuring continuing review and prioritization
• Coordinates with the respective enterprise control partners (e.g., Strategic Sourcing Group, Legal, EP, OCDO, etc.) to appropriately select, engage and manage external service providers as required
• 5-6 years of proven success in delivering in a hybrid (Client SA, Client Agile, PDLC, etc..) environment
• Project Leadership:
o Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges proactively
o Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
o Proven communication and stakeholder management skills supporting senior leader decision making over a broad range of competing priorities
o Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
• Financial & Resource Management:
o Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively
o Strong understanding of cost-benefit analysis, ROI considerations, and financial governance
o Experience in working with finance teams to ensure alignment on investment planning
