Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager for one of our key government clients.

The Senior Project Manager applies their advanced knowledge and experience in managing large and complex projects and teams. Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, developing project artefacts (e.g., project charter, project management plan, schedule, resourcing), and reporting. Knowledge of Clarity, SharePoint, MS Office suite, JIRA, and Confluence is important for success.

Candidate MUST have the following:

• Over seven (7) years as a Project Manager in a technology delivery environment;
• Experience working with insurance policy administration systems, Ingenium, and a strong knowledge of insurance products or wealth management;
• Experience with delivery of technology projects and strategy/governance initiatives;
• Advanced knowledge and experience in managing multiple large and complex projects and teams;
• Able to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills and apply creative thinking to solve problems while understanding the organization’s vision, purpose, and values;
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle for multiple initiatives or workstreams of varying complexity and stakeholders, ensuring effective execution to deliver a product or solution that satisfies stakeholder expectations and meets project success criteria (schedule, budget, team cohesion, regulatory compliance);
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changes;
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions or recommendations in difficult situations;
• Strong entrepreneurial skills with a bias toward delivering business outcomes, building strong business partnerships, managing risks, handling scope changes as opportunities for greater value, and making value-oriented decisions;
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
