Tru Inc. is seeking Sr. Project Managers to join our hybrid team in the Greater Toronto Area. Two permanent positions are available for an immediate start, with in-person meetings as required and some work-from-home flexibility.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will lead cross-functional delivery across development, QA, design, and DevOps, driving on-time, on-budget outcomes for digital projects.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within technology or digital agencies.
• Experience managing digital or technology projects such as websites, UX/UI, or e-commerce.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking capability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and Asana.
• Residency in the Greater Toronto Area with availability for in-person meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and scopes.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track progress, identify risks, and address challenges.
• Prepare project documentation including task lists, schedules and status updates.
• Support creation of charters and SOWs.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve blockers.
• Monitor budgets and timelines; manage resources.
• Lead client and internal meetings.
• Coordinate development, QA, design, DevOps, and delivery teams.
• Manage scope, estimates, budgets, and change requests.
• Support UAT, deployment, launch and post-launch activities.
• Provide clear status reporting and elevate risks with actions.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Work EST hours and attend client meetings.
• Attend the office three days per week for onshore role.

Position Overview:-

Location:-

This role is hybrid, providing some flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and scopes to align with client goals and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and address challenges.
• Prepare project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and status updates.
• Support the creation of clear project artifacts such as charters and SOWs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve roadblocks.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Own project plans, timelines, actions, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Lead client and internal project meetings independently.
• Coordinate development, QA, design, DevOps, and other delivery teams.
• Manage scope, estimates, budgets, resource forecasts and change requests.
• Support UAT, deployment, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Provide clear status reporting and elevate risks with recommended actions.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Work closely with the Program Manager while maintaining independent ownership of assigned projects.
• Work EST hours, supporting required client-facing meetings and attending client office location meetings.
• For an onshore role, attend the office three days per week.

What You’ll Bring:-

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology agency, digital consultancy, or related environment.
• Experience managing digital or technology projects, including website development, UX/UI design, or e-commerce solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Residency in the Greater Toronto Area, with availability for in-person meetings as needed.

Preferred Experience:-

• Experience in retail, finance, consumer packaged goods, or loyalty programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Contentful, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.

Salary Range:- $100,000- $120,000
