Job description

As a Sr. Program Manager for Team Canada, you will work with one of Amazon’s fastest-growing marketplaces to enhance the customer experience and enable Canadians to make more confident purchases.

As a Program Leader, you will oversee activities related to the Vendor Success Program (VSP), which helps small vendors accelerate growth on Amazon. You will collaborate with senior leadership to:

  1. Develop strategies for strategic growth by analyzing key metrics and devising plans to help VSP vendors expand their businesses.
  2. Innovate by identifying new tools and workflows needed to realize this vision.

You will leverage thought leadership, analytical skills, cross-functional partnerships, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of VSP vendors. A proven track record of delivering world-class experiences and operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the vision and strategy to accelerate program growth in Canada, earning trust and influencing senior leadership locally and globally.
  • Conducting strategic P&L analysis and optimization.
  • Leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
  • Identifying and resolving strategic issues impacting the team’s goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement.
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
