Responsibilities: Responsible for secretarial and administrative functions across all operational zones of the sorting center and branch. Covers road transport, file management, quality assurance, and customer service. Handles damaged and misaddressed parcels promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the primary contact for customers, managing various issues efficiently and professionally.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four (4) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience; experience in dock operations or distribution center preferred
  • General business skills: typing, data entry, review, use of phone, copier, fax
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Customer service skills for effective and professional communication
  • Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications: Shift: Monday-Friday, 16:00 to 00:30
