We are seeking a Sr. HR Manager with experience supporting all areas of HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations, and related projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are a proactive HR Business Partner with experience in improving organizational performance by recommending solutions that support business initiatives. You have a strong interest in partnering with senior management to provide guidance on organization design, sales incentive design, workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planning. You will work collaboratively with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency across all sites. Your expertise includes managing complex employee relations issues by advising managers on employment legislation and conducting thorough, objective investigations. Employee engagement is a priority, and you will work to enhance morale through performance management, respectful work relationships, timely communication, and recognition of employee value.

To succeed, you will demonstrate:

  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation relevant to PEI
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and with external vendors
  • Discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive information
  • The ability to advocate for both employees and leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Less than 10% travel may be required. Experience in training and facilitation is a plus.

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role may also include annual incentives and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, certifications, and location.
