Job description

About the opportunity

Enterprise Field Marketing at Dayforce partners directly with Sales to drive engagement, pipeline creation, and opportunity progression within priority accounts and segments. This role owns the marketing strategy and execution for a defined region, segment, or program, translating business priorities into targeted, high-impact programs.

You'll work closely with Sales, BDRs, and cross-functional Marketing teams to design and deliver programs that move priority accounts and opportunities forward. This is a hands-on role that requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Note: This role requires the successful individual to work EST hours.

What you'll get to do
  • Own the Enterprise prospect field marketing strategy and plan for your region, segment, and/or program, aligned to business, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Own and evolve a defined program or motion (e.g., account-based, regional, segment-focused, and/or executive), including strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Design and execute targeted programs across priority prospect accounts and buying groups, including digital, in-person, executive, and/or integrated campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on account priorities, pipeline needs, engagement strategy, and expected outcomes.
  • Build trust and credibility with senior Sales leaders and executives, acting as a strategic marketing partner and providing clear recommendations on where marketing can have the greatest impact.
  • Build and lead account-based strategies for priority Enterprise accounts and opportunities, including account selection, prioritization, and engagement approach.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to drive activation and follow-through around priority programs and accounts.
  • Act as the connective layer between Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through.
  • Track program performance, pipeline impact, opportunity progression, and engagement signals, using insights to optimize and inform future strategy.
  • Apply strong judgment in evaluating and prioritizing program requests and investments, balancing impact, effort, and resources to focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of programs, managing timelines, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholders with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Contribute to business review meetings and planning cycles with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to more junior marketers supporting the business, helping create clarity on priorities and strengthen strategic thinking and execution.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent contribution to pipeline creation and opportunity progression within your region and/or program.
  • Strong alignment and trust with Sales leadership and sellers.
  • Programs are executed on time, on budget, and with high attention to detail.
  • Clear visibility into performance, with the ability to adjust strategy based on results.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on what drives the most impact.
  • Junior marketers supporting the business have clear direction and are developing greater ownership.
Skills and experience we value
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in Field Marketing and/or ABM roles.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing supports enterprise Sales, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing plans tied to business outcomes.
  • Experience running digital, in-person, executive, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, and Demandbase.
  • High attention to detail across planning, execution, and follow-through.
  • Clear communicator, able to translate strategy into actionable plans and align stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing guidance to other marketers.
  • Travel +/- 20%.
What would make you stand out
  • Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Strong commercial instinct, with a clear understanding of where to focus to drive pipeline.
  • Deep experience shaping and leading account-based marketing strategies, including account selection, prioritization, and engagement approach.
  • Experience working with senior Sales leaders and complex Enterprise buying groups.
  • Experience marketing to HR, payroll, finance, and/or IT audiences, with a strong understanding of HCM and/or HR technology.
  • Track record of making high-quality prioritization decisions within competing priorities.
