We are looking for a Sr. DevOps Architect for an enterprise-scale client in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, offering an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, cutting-edge technology environment.

Responsibilities:
- Help teams upskill and adopt software development best practices.
- Assist development teams in improving their sSDLC by adopting the Golden CI/CD Template.
- Provide DevOps delivery coaching on all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle framework, with a focus on TDD, BDD, shifting-left security compliance, and reducing technical debt.
- Work closely with teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Observe the team to understand and remove impediments to effective operation as a DevOps/Agile team.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on product-centricity and fundamental DevOps/Agile practices.
- Collaborate with the program team to enhance and customize the Golden Pipeline based on team requirements.
- Create training materials tailored to specific DevOps training needs.
- Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation efforts.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps environment, with expertise in infrastructure-as-code and understanding of software/application development.
- Knowledge of the full software delivery lifecycle, software engineering, DevOps, TDD, CI/CD.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, OpenStack, VMWare, etc.) and Linux/Windows OS.
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef).
- Experience with Docker containers and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Experience coaching and leading teams, with effective communication skills across organizational levels.
- Deep understanding of DevOps philosophy and Agile methods.
- Proficiency in automating processes via scripting or configuration management.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues, debug code, and coach automation of routine tasks.
- An analytical mindset viewing products/systems as small deliverables, capable of transferring this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey, etc.).
- Experience leading large projects, transformation efforts, process improvements, product implementations, and system integrations.
- Ability to adapt to uncertainty and change gracefully.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is an asset.
