Job summary

Agilus Consulting Group in Markham, Ontario seeks a Sr. Change Management Practitioner to lead enterprise change initiatives in a hybrid environment. Qualifications

• 7+ years of organizational change management experience within complex business, technology or process transformations.
• Hands-on ownership of change strategy, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness and adoption.
• Experience with field or service organizations, contact centres, enterprise technology implementations or large-scale process transformation; Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change methodology experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams and operational stakeholders to identify impacts, adoption barriers and practical change interventions.
• Develop targeted stakeholder engagement, communication, training and enablement strategies for corporate and distributed frontline teams.
• Assess business readiness and mitigate adoption risks affecting productivity, customer experience, safety, compliance and operations.
• Measure adoption, support go-live and stabilization, and establish reinforcement strategies that sustain new ways of working.

Earn $100/hour leading enterprise change and adoption | Hybrid Change Manager contract in MarkhamAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Sr. Change Management Practitioner in the Information Technology in a hybrid work environment in Markham, Ontario. Lead meaningful business and technology transformation as a Change Manager supporting multiple high-impact initiatives. You’ll turn complex change into practical readiness and adoption plans, partnering directly with senior leaders, operational teams and frontline employees. This 6-12 month contract offers $100/hour and a hands-on opportunity to shape how change is successfully embedded across a complex organization.

A typical day:

• Lead end-to-end change strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams and operational stakeholders to identify impacts, adoption barriers and practical change interventions

• Navigate ambiguity independently while managing multiple initiatives and constructively challenging delivery teams when needed
• Apply strong judgment and executive presence when working with senior business, technology and operational leaders
• Leverage experience with field or service organizations, contact centres, enterprise technology implementations or large-scale process transformation; Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change methodology experience is an asset
