What you'll be doing
As part of the Product Intake Team within Capital Markets Technology, you will conduct effective impact assessments of triage items and communicate to our partners your root cause analysis and recommendations for remediation. You will create user stories and bug fixes that will be added to the RRS backlog. You will lead in knowledge-sharing sessions with RRS members and be open to teaching colleagues and business partners aspects of RRS's architecture, processes, and functionality. You will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How you'll succeed
- Understanding and documenting requirements: Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Solution design: Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
- Leading and mentoring: Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
Who you are
- You can demonstrate experience with: 2+ years working as a Business Systems Consultant, preferably within the Financial Services industry (ideally Capital Markets) with an emphasis on stakeholder relationship management. You are proficient with SQL/Database queries and have previously supported Agile/Scrum based projects. Ideally, you have excellent documentation skills, a collaborative mindset, the flexibility to support testing as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Assets include: Practical experience with Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and supporting a Capital Markets client group. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, Elasticsearch, and Tableau is also beneficial.
