Job title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Contract – 3 years

Security clearance required - Secret

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Cyber Access Control:

1. Support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices.
2. Participate in information gathering and consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements related to various project phases.
3. Perform business process analysis, define, and document current and future state business and system processes.
4. Assist and conduct business analysis activities through active engagement with stakeholders.
5. Facilitate workshops and presentations with technical and non-technical resources; document functional and non-functional solution requirements.
6. Prepare detailed specifications documents for evaluating, selecting, and testing solutions.
7. Develop user acceptance test plans and participate in functional and acceptance testing; assist with end-user training.
8. Support and collaborate with Bank employees during evaluations and deployments of solutions.
9. Develop and deliver communications to the Bank’s clients and stakeholders.
10. Create end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials.
11. Perform other activities and deliverables as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

1. University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
2. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analysis and managing stakeholder relationships.
3. At least five (5) years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst working on large-scale projects involving technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, and Cloud-Based access controls (Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SAML, Oath).
4. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.
5. Experience in implementing and migrating enterprise Access Management solutions.
6. Proven ability to gather, document, and validate complex requirements and translate them into user stories.
7. Ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective responses or strategies.
8. Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels, with clear written and oral presentation abilities.
9. Knowledge of system development processes.

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

1. Knowledge of Zero-Trust principles and implementation.
2. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, RBAC, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.
3. Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics.
4. Experience using automation to replace manual tasks or handle large data volumes.
5. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
