Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices.
- Participate in information gathering and consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements related to various project phases.
- Perform business process analysis, define, and document current and future state business and system processes.
- Assist and conduct business analysis activities through active engagement with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations with technical and non-technical resources; document functional and non-functional solution requirements.
- Prepare detailed specifications documents for evaluating, selecting, and testing solutions.
- Develop user acceptance test plans, participate in testing phases, and assist with end-user training.
- Support Bank employees during evaluations and deployments of solutions.
- Develop and deliver communications to the Bank’s clients and stakeholders.
- Create end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials.
- Perform other activities and deliverables as required.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, managing stakeholder relationships.
- At least 5 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on large-scale projects involving technologies like Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, and Cloud-Based access controls.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.
- Experience in implementing and migrating enterprise Access Management solutions.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and validate complex requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and devise strategic responses.
- Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of system development methodology and testing processes.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Zero-Trust principles and implementation.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, RBAC, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Experience using automation to handle large data sets and automate repetitive tasks.
- Certification: IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Education:
University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
