The PHSA Regional Digital Solutions team is responsible for supporting IT system solutions that deliver safe and consistent patient care across three British Columbia health organizations: Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH), the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), and Providence Health Care (PHC). We continually strive to improve patient safety, information system reliability, and sustainability.

Services Required:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Access and Provisioning team. The role involves reviewing end user accounts for quality and accuracy, understanding both business and technical requirements for account setup, troubleshooting issues, analyzing large data sets for personalized configuration, documenting fix requirements, and ensuring efficient processing of data while safeguarding personal information. The analyst will also collaborate with implementation sites to ensure data accuracy.

Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

• 10+ years of progressive business analytics experience
• Proven track record in delivering solutions in dynamic environments
• Experience with user provisioning on large IT projects
• Experience defining workflows for user provisioning supporting both projects and ongoing operations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills for documentation
• Ability to translate business goals into process outcomes
• Knowledge of Business Process Improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
• Experience performing options analysis with clear communication of advantages and disadvantages
• Knowledge of IT applications and platform-based outcomes
