We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Senior Functional Business Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

Job Description

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Senior Functional Business Analyst to lead a project team in the development of a Power Platform based compliance solution to streamline processes. All work is expected to be completed remotely, but occasional travel may be necessary at times.

Day To Day Duties And Tasks

1. Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements
2. Demonstrate Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solution capabilities to the client
3. Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
4. Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
5. Advise on complex Dynamics 365/Power Platform business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, the Power Platform, 3rd parties and customizations
6. Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
7. Create estimates for implementation tasks
8. Configuration of the D365/Power Platform solution as required
9. Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
10. Installation, setup and configuration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
11. Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
12. Conduct user and administrator training
13. Complete the project tasks on time and under budget

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• 5 years overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience.
• 3+ years' experience working with Power Platform components, especially Power Apps, Power Automate and the Dataverse
• Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM required
• Power Platform: Understanding/experience with MS Dataverse, development of Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset
• Testing: Test Case preparation and execution
• Working with all phases of the SDLC process
• Experience as an MS Dynamics 365/CRM consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to guide a project team from a functional perspective
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
• Strong work ethic: Ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)
• Exudes confidence
• Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Comfortable working in a project team environment
• Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure

Other Desired Qualifications

• SCRUM master experience/certification is an asset
• Residency in the Ottawa, ON region is an asset
• Ability to customize Dynamics 365 with standard programming languages
