Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia. This role is pivotal in designing, configuring, and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, Dynamics 365 configuration, and continuous improvement, preferably in a consulting environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs
  • Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and applications
  • Develop user stories, test cases, and validate solution quality
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, proposal development, and functional demonstrations
  • Provide effort estimates for configuration and implementation work
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture business needs and pain points
  • Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and proactively suggest enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure maximum platform value
Required Skills:
  • 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Supply Chain
