Sr Account Manager- Building Automation Education~~Remote

Overview: Honeywell, a leader in energy efficiency and building technologies for over 100 years, is redefining the future of city, campus, and building infrastructure. We seek innovative professionals to help integrate Honeywell technologies with AI-driven building management systems, focusing on customer outcomes such as energy savings, safety, and comfort.

Position: As a Regional Account Manager, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the Los Angeles/Orange County area (candidate must reside within the territory). This remote role involves managing customer engagement, growing Honeywell’s presence, and achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range $105,000-$158,000, dependent on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, holidays, and educational assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  2. Apply consultative selling to improve customer conversion and identify new opportunities.
  3. Negotiate deals and expand business with existing clients.
  4. Build deep relationships across customer organizations and advocate for customers within Honeywell.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in technology and building automation solutions.
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions like cybersecurity or analytics.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Active participation in industry organizations.
