As a trusted advisor, you will help customers reduce operating expenses, energy consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions while improving comfort, productivity, safety, and efficiency in their environments.

You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing service customers in your territory, leading all customer engagement aspects to grow Honeywell’s presence.

This is a REMOTE position supporting accounts in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Candidates must reside within the territory.

The salary range is $105,000 - $158,000, depending on experience, education, and location. Honeywell offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA, HSA, parental leave, PTO, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Management Operating System (MOS): Develop and implement strategic healthcare vertical territory management and account plans, applying consultative selling frameworks.
  2. Quota Achievement: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, negotiate deals, and demonstrate strategic planning to meet sales targets.
  3. Team Collaboration: Act as a 'quarterback' to build strong relationships across organizations, advocating for customers and Honeywell alike.
Must Have
  • Minimum 7 years in B2B sales or account management in Technology and Building Technology Solutions (Building Management, Fire & Safety, Security).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Valued Skills
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions like cybersecurity or predictive analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Engagement in industry organizations.
  • Self-starter capable of autonomous work in a matrix environment.
