Job summary

Empire Envelope, a Qualico unit, is seeking a full-time Production Assistant, Spray Foam in Edmonton. You will support residential divisions, create and maintain job records, purchase orders, and estimates in Job Schedule, Plexxis, and Supply Pro, and assist with pricing using Bluebeam Revu.

Collaborate with the spray foam operations team to ensure accurate pricing, documentation, and communication while supporting cross-training and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience, preferably in spray foam or construction.
• Extreme accuracy with data entry and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Plexxis, SupplyPro, and Job Schedule is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate purchase orders against construction drawings using Bluebeam Revu and initiate change orders.
• Support scope-specific pricing, cost analysis, and specification updates with the Operations Manager.
• Assist estimating with pricing validation and cost tracking.
• Manage the spray foam inbox and client communications to gather project information.
• Review and process POs/EPOs, update records, and track billing and inventory using Plexxis.
• Track inventory and sign out materials as used.
