Job summary

Empire Envelope is seeking a full-time Production Assistant, Spray Foam in Edmonton, AB. You will support residential divisions, create and maintain job records, purchase orders, and estimates in Job Schedule and Plexxis, and assist with pricing using Bluebeam Revu.

You will collaborate with production and construction teams to ensure accurate pricing, documentation, and communication, while providing cross-training and relief support across related functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience, preferably in spray foam or construction products.
• Extreme accuracy with data entry and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with MS Office programs and related software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating purchase orders against construction drawings using Bluebeam Revu to identify inconsistencies and initiate change orders.
• Collaborating with the Spray Foam Operations Manager and construction teams for pricing, cost analysis, and specifications updates.
• Supporting estimating functions through pricing validation and cost tracking.
• Managing the spray foam inbox and communications with clients to obtain project information.
• Reviewing and processing POs/EPOs, updating records, and coordinating with Supply Pro for upcoming work.
• Track inventory and sign out materials using Plexxis.
