Saskatchewan Roughriders are seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to drive ticket sales and grow our fan base in the heartland of the CFL. You’ll convert prospects into season tickets, group sales, and specialty packages while supporting the Ticket Operations team.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience and/or relevant study in business, administration, or sports management.
• Strong commitment to customer experience and understanding of key customers’ impact on business.
• Ability to generate new leads and creative approaches to sales.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to drive ticketing sales in the consumer market.
• Build relationships with new B2C and B2B prospects and generate leads.
• Provide consistent high-level experience to all clients.
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other tools.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize ticket sales.
• Maintain detailed touchpoint history in the database.
