Job summary

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, home of the Calgary Stampeders, is seeking a Manager, Customer Service & Inside Sales. Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will drive season ticket member satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and fan engagement.

You will lead the Customer Service and Inside Sales team, develop strategies to maximize renewals and lead upsell opportunities across season tickets, premium seating, and group sales, while maintaining exceptional service

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service and Inside Sales team.
• Drive renewals and revenue growth across season tickets, premium seating, and group sales.
• Implement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and fan engagement.
• Establish and monitor sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
