Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Sports Events Planner to manage and execute a variety of sporting events in and around Kimberley. This on-site role covers logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, marketing, and on-site delivery to create memorable experiences for participants and spectators.

You will plan from local tournaments to regional competitions, oversee schedules, staffing, registration, and venue setup, and work with stakeholders to drive attendance.

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive attendance and participation.
• Manage all on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues that arise promptly.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Sports Events Planner to manage and execute a variety of sporting events in and around Kimberley. This role is essential for ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of events that engage participants and spectators, from local tournaments to larger regional competitions. You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, marketing, and on-site execution.
