You will drive membership growth, oversee operations and budget planning, ensure safety and quality, and develop innovative recreational offerings to serve the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or Recreation Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive facility or general management experience.
• Experience with financial management, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer relationship management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the Sports & Recreation Center.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow membership, revenue, and participation.

Key Responsibilities
