Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is hiring a bartender to deliver high‑volume beverage service in our guest areas, while upholding Smart Serve standards and MLSE policies. This essential RS team member will support responsible service, assist with inventory, and engage with guests and the community.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of bartending experience, Smart Serve certification, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced venue

Responsibilities

• As a valuable member of RS team, you will deliver winning food and beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Vision and Values.
• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to RS, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
