Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a barback to support bartenders and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our venues in Toronto. You will help stock bar stations, maintain cleanliness, lift kegs, and assist the team to ensure timely, professional service.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
• 2+ years barback position experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Set and stock bar (including lifting boxes, mats, and cases).
• Ensure bar stations and wells are fully stocked (juices, garnishes, small wares, ice).
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including storage areas, throughout the shift.
• Assist bartenders with tasks to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Polish cutlery and glassware.
• Lift, move, and change kegs.
• Waste management, bottle organization.
