Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is hiring for a hospitality role at our venues in Canada. Deliver responsible beverage service to guests, upholding Smart Serve standards and MLSE policies while representing the Maple Leafs, Raptors and our community with pride.

You will assist with bar readiness, inventory, and guest inquiries, working in a fast-paced team. Prior bussing and strong interpersonal skills are valued; lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Perform service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
