Job summary

Institutional Connect is seeking a Sponsorship Assistant to join a small, dynamic team. You will support sponsorship client relationships and assist with the full event cycle, working closely with the President and team to deliver proposals, agreements, and efficient administration.

This entry-level role is remote, full-time, based in the Greater Toronto area, with some travel. It offers potential career growth and exposure to senior executives in the institutional investing space.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; French helpful.
• Able to manage multiple events with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support sponsorship client relationships and assist with proposals and agreements.
• Administer sponsorship deliverables, invoices, and attendee lists for events.
• Provide onsite and post-event support, greet guests and facilitate sponsor-attendee interactions.
