Position Summary

SE Health is seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists to join our team. We provide person-centered care, fostering rapport and trust with clients in their homes. Join a diverse, collaborative, and supportive team where you'll apply your skills and compassion to serve your community. Your client-centered approach will address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, making a real difference in their lives—and in yours!

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Knowledge of community resources (asset)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Positive work and attendance record
  • Adaptability to new computer applications
  • Hybrid work model: remote and client-based in acute/rehab or community settings
