Position Summary

SE Health is seeking skilled Speech Language Pathologists who excel in providing person-centered care. Join our diverse, collaborative, and supportive team to deliver services in clients' homes, building rapport and trust while helping them progress. You will address clients’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs through a client-centered approach, making a meaningful difference in their lives—and yours!

Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Knowledge of community resources (asset)
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Positive work and attendance record
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with client visits in acute/rehab or community-based settings
