Position Summary

SE Health Speech Language Pathologists are the best of the best. We provide person-centered care, building rapport and trust with clients while positively seeing them progress in their homes. Responsibilities

  1. Conduct assessments
  2. Formulate goals and recommendations
  3. Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs

Requirements

  • Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Knowledge of community resources is an asset
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Positive work and attendance record
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications
  • This role follows a hybrid work approach, combining remote work with client visits in acute, rehab, or community settings
