OMERS is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Manager to join our Office Leasing team in Toronto. This role offers you the opportunity to manage relationships with tenants and brokers while overseeing a portfolio of prime assets.
You will be responsible for negotiating leases, executing tenant tours, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of leasing experience and a valid RECO license. A competitive salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 per year is offered, along with additional incentives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Office Leasing, you will have opportunity and responsibility to focus on a portfolio of best‑in‑class assets and be the primary point of contact for all Broker and Tenant relationships.

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 per year.
