Job summary

Soucy Group is hiring a day laborer/operator in Drummondville to join a team that values collaboration and authenticity. You will help manufacture off-road products and grow within a flexible structure under approachable managers.

As part of the role, you’ll follow health and safety rules, operate equipment, meet targets, load materials, inspect quality, make minor adjustments, and maintain tools. This is a full-time, permanent position with day or evening shifts and a wage of CAD 21.64–23.97

Responsibilities

• Comply with health and safety rules at all times
• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Meet production targets and quotas while adhering to quality and time standards
• Load raw materials into the equipment and ensure that production operations runs smoothly
• Conduct required inspections and report any non-conformities or anomalies
• Measure and verify parts according to prescribed tolerances and frequencies
• Monitor product quality and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Make minor adjustments as needed to ensure uninterrupted production
• Perform certain finishing and processing operations on parts, as required by production needs
• Properly use, maintain, and inspect work instruments, tools, and equipment
